About Us
Our new Farmington Health Center is now open for both primary and specialty care. We provide complete care for you and your family by offering a range of services for patients of all ages, including family medicine and internal medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, and pharmacy services.
We are conveniently located west of Station Park in Farmington, Utah.
Do you need an MRI, X-ray, CT scan, or mammogram? We offer convenient radiology services right in our health center so you don't have to make multiple trips to get the care you need. We also offer on-side labs, giving you faster, more convenient test results. For your convenience, we also offer complimentary valet parking and child care.
